Gave me something to think about. I tend not to let myself get that close to too many people. I consider those people….the people I tell “my stories” to my friends. The ones who I let in. The ones I share myself with. They know me. I do understand the acquaintenances….the people you see everyday…you say hello, maybe share a moment…a conversation…but you don’t have that same connection. When I make a friend….I like to think I have a friend for life.

Glad this post gave you something to think about. Some of us are hesitant in our approach to friendship as we should be when sharing parts of ourselves to people because that part of us isn’t for everyone and should be reserved for friends.
