A Sower Went Out To Sow

At times I think I’ve got it! but then I’m proven wrong
Not sure if it’s my conviction or my will is not that strong
Could it be that I’m easily persuaded to simply change my mind
Or is it that I’m not deeply rooted or the answers change over time
Could it really be that simple and not be that complicated
Or am I not trusting in the lesson over analyzing the obviously stated
How can I keep those lessons I’ve learned and bind them upon my heart
How do I not allow them to be stolen and inevitably be torn apart
I think I should remind myself of the feelings I had when the lesson came
And not allow those negative voices in and put what I’ve learned to shame
A sower went out to sow some seeds and thought that it was good
The deceiver came in to rob the sower and took all that he could
