When you innerstand the process of metamorphosis, you honor all aspects involved and no longer glorify the transformation of the butterfly whilst degrading the breakdown of the caterpillar. All stages of our journey are necessary and equally valuable to our personal expansion and when seen as such, become an honor to experience. As humans we are constantly going through metamorphosis, as change is the only thing that is guaranteed and when we deny the process of change, we create dysfunction in our lives. Wherever you are in your journey, whatever you are going through; honor and embrace it for all that it is because transformation is not supposed to be a subtle or seamless experience, it is the total annihilation & resurrection of all that we thought ourselves to be.
