>Don’t Take It Personal

>If someone has not mentioned me by name
I don’t take it personal or unconsciously go insane
If they have not spoken to me directly
I won’t let careless words affect me
If they walk pass and do not speak
I don’t let revenge be the thing I seek
For long ago I set my Conscious free
And I learned how not to take things personally

For if I’m not the one you choose
Because you think with me you’ll lose
And even if against me you’ll bet
I won’t lose my cool and get upset
And when you get mad and say it’s my fault
I’ll smile and walk away without an assault
For long ago I set my Conscious free
And I decided not to take things personally

When someone decides on me they’ll lie
I know truth will prevail and I don’t have to cry
And if my character they try to assassinate
I won’t get frustrated and let it keep me awake
For even when they try to bring up my past
I won’t let it get to me I’ll smile and laugh
For long ago I set my Conscious free
And the Creator taught me how not to take it personally

When you truly know the path that you’re on
You won’t fall for every little con
And those things that seek your Spirit to break
You’ll see coming and your dream they can’t take
You’ll learn how not to let things get to you
Because you know that you’ve got work to do
The Creator gave you the ability to set your Conscious free
Because he knew things would come against  you & he didn’t want you to take it personally

BTW, rather good design you have at that site, but don’t you think design should be changed from time to time? I mean it :)Mary Kripkegfe london
